Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed before [e.g., 12 PM] on business days are usually processed the same day.
Shipping Methods and Costs We partner with reliable carriers to ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected method.

International Orders Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their country. We are not liable for delays caused by customs.
Order Tracking You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. For lost packages, we will investigate with the carrier and issue a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Pet Food & Perishables Due to the nature of pet food, treats, and other consumables, these items cannot be returned once shipped, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
